We have serviced approximately 36,000 shipments over the last 3 years. 130 BBB complaints over that time period are approximately 43 complaints per 12,000 shipments. Lisa Bayerlein has made statements about us that are not true. When a customer comes to this site and lies about us, we will defend ourselves.
We do not lie to our customers and no one lied to Lisa Bayerlein. We do not charge our fee until we have completed our service. If the customer cancels before the end of the service period, there is a cancellation fee. Our fee information and the cancellation fee are disclosed at the signature line of the contract and are available online as well. We incur expenses to work on behalf of a customer and we don’t charge the customer anything until our work is completed. If a customer cancels before we have been given the contracted service time to complete our service, it is not unreasonable to charge a cancellation fee to at least cover expenses.
