We stay in business because we successfully handle over 12,000 shipments a year. We average only 43 BBB complaints a year. That’s a percentage rate of .003. Mr. Renfro’s destination was Normal, Illinois – a tough location. He did not take our advice to increase his COD to try to attract carriers to a difficult location, we did not locate a carrier, and he was not charged any money.
