They gave me a price and a date. I signed up and they moved my car when/how they said they would.
That's about all I could ask. They emailed and called with pickup date so I didn't have wait around.
They seemed like nice guys, but all I wanted was to get my car moved. I did look at some other companies but they all wanted to charge me up front; AA only charged me when they did their job.
