Two Dispatchers and our Customer Service Representative have been helping Mr. Winters – he has not been left hanging. His shipment was dispatched as contracted. His carrier was delayed. He then thought he might change the vehicle to be shipped; then decided not to. We checked with his carrier who states the vehicle was loaded on 1/27/08. We are sorry that an act of God delayed Mr. Winters’ carrier company.
