The company that the job was assigned to ( CTC Auto Transport out of North Carolina) was very poor in giving accuracy of time for pick up and delivery of my car. Made me wait from 10 am to 7PM for the car on the second day that he was going to drop the car off. He was worse than the Cable guy !! Kept giving excuses like State Trouper pulled him over. Had to fix tail lights and the best one was he pulled over the side to ask for directions and got stuck-in-the-mud. Had to wait for tow truck to pull him out. Now why would a trans-state operator of car carrier, who has a GPS system in truck need to ask for directions? Hmmmmmmm Go figure !!
