We had 2 vehicles transported across the country in early February, and the job was done efficiently. The only problem, however, was that my car arrived with a leak in one tire, which I was OK with, assuming a flat would not be too much to repair. Yet, when I went to have it repaired, this new car had to have the tire replaced because a nail had gotten into the sidewall. The tire cost $120. to replace, and when I called AA Automotive to ask for them to submit it to their insurance, or at the very least, share the cost with me, they refused. The owner told me that I may have given them the car with the nail in it already and they wouldn't consider any part in the responsibility. I am disappointed because I did not give the car to them with a leak or a flat, so I expected a more cordial form of customer service. Other than the tire story, everything went perfectly.
