Well I am not sure you will appreciate this review but it has been 10 days since my vechicle was picked up in Fla and it is still not at my home. apparently the truck had a hole in the fuel tank and that delayed things. My biggest complaint aside from not receiving my car, and the inconvenience is that we have received NO phone calls about a delay. Each day WE have to call to find out what is going on. I would never use this service again and would not recommend it to anyone. I have no idea aobut the car, contents or anything else simply because we are not informed. To think that I went with a higher priced transport thinking they would be more reliable. The joke is on us as I could have received the same service or better from a less expensive transport company. This has been very disappointing and costly for us as wel take off to be home each day the car has been promised which have been April 6th and April 9th - still no car. $700 + for door to door service when the car is not even here yet. The driver told us yesterday that the car was in New Jersey a neighboring state. Why we are still waiting is beyond me.
