Unfortunately, I had to delay pickup due to the fact that I was unable to travel by plane due to ear infectkion.Your people were most cooperative and told me to call them just as soon as I was ready to travel and they will arrange for transport for my car.Rescheduling for sometime in May as soon as I can rearrange plane tix etc.
They handled situation.very professionally.I am very pleased
