We are sorry that Ms. Dejesus’ transport company had a flat tire on the carrier and this resulted in a delay in her shipment. Her driver states that he kept her informed throughout and discounted her cod to go toward car rental. We are sorry that she chose not to mention this but instead chose to give us a poor rating - over something that was beyond the control of either AA-Automovers or her carrier company, who compensated her for the delay.
