Contracted for pick up. Informed contact at AAA and everyone involved that car had a 6 day pick up window and everyone was comfortable with that. After contract was returned, they added 4 more days, which would not work out due to the fact previous owner was going to be unavailable for 4 weeks. I was asked to make arragements to have the car deliveried to someone else so AAA could get to it whenever they could. Every phone call was dealt with the answer, we are looking into it. No communication from them, I always had to contact them, seems everyone there is working against each other. Finally on the last day of pick up window, they finally told me that there are no transporters in the area(Kansas City ???) and they would gladly do the pick up in 4 weeks or as soon as the previous owner is available. I contracted another carrier and car was picked up in less than 24 hrs. Seems new carrier had people in the area. It appears that they will you promises that they do not intend to keep. I would not recommend this carrier.
