There was always an open line of communication between the driver and myself. He phoned me twice after pickup and confirm delivery time and date. Very professional and I would not hesitate to use again. Being in the U.S. Coast Guard, moving is something that is stressful, but a necessary part of my job. With gas prices, hotel and food prices, it was very econonomical for me to ship my vehicle instead of the 3-4 day drive . I highly recommend them.
