The worst company that I ever had to do business with. I signed a contract with them on 5/16/06, spoke to the broker Brian, and he promised me that I have given them enough time to schedule a carrier for me to move my toyota camry 1999 from Texas to Alabama. My scheduled pick up date was June 12, 2006. This company never called me to keep me updated. They never returned my phone calls, or emails. Brian was very unprofessional to say the least.
I wish that I read about them on this website before I contacted them to help me transport my car. I will not make this mistake again. I had to pick another carrier/broker.
One good thing came out of this--they did not take the $179 deposit out of my bank account. But I strongly advice everyone--RUN AWAY FROM AAA AUTOMOVERS. A VERY MALIGNANT COMPANY. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!! THE WORST!!
