I want to pass along my confirmation that I received my car this morning from the AAA Automover carrier. I have to say I am extremely impressed with the ease and expediency of the transport - thanks much.

You may also appreciate some feedback on the actual delivery end of the transaction however - specifically the carrier's notification piece. Last night (31 Jul) I received notification that my car would be delivered this morning and that the balance of $800 was due upon pick-up. Believing the delivery date was 4 Aug (vice 1 Aug), I hadn't prepared/obtained the large balance of cash required upon delivery. It was therefore difficult to negotiate the increased ATM withdrawal between the time the bank closed that evening and opened the next day.

I managed to make the withdrawal happen but could have used a greater lead time between notification and delivery. Other than that, I am very satisfied with your service and thank you for getting my car to me safely.
