Beware all users.

I am a computer engineer and was working with Cisco, San Jose, CA. I got my new job in Arizona and booked this company to move my car. I made sure 3 times by personally calling them and paid for Platinum service(I am not sure about the name but I paid for the highest quality of service) at this time from all other options. I had quotes from $425 to $555 for this move to Scottsdale, AZ.

The person Brian assured me that your vehicle will be picked up in 2 days only if you opt for Platinum service. I requested to make it happen since I had my flight confirmed to Arizona and cannot stay back on it.

They did not call me till last day and when I called them that I am moving tomorrow morning, where the hell are you? they replied me with a courtesy that they will come after couple of days as they cannot come on decided day being late (that means they cannot make it in 3 days time frame even though they are paid for 2 days)

I requested to get to customer care, but a hopeless and rude reply was waiting for me there that nothing can be done now. I came to know now why they did not call me to update that they are late. Just to screw up customers till the last moment, so they can't get away with other carriers.

I asked to cancel the order. Customer care wickedly told me that you can CANCEL THE ORDER BUT YOU WILL BE CHARGED $225 for doing so. (Amazing this was never told by the time of booking inspite of my clear question in advance!) I was badly trapped with AA-Automovers now.

I called one of my friend and that poor guy took his PTO(leave from office) for my car to deliver and the nonsense driver came at 2:00 PM and did not agree to come during morning or evening hours and my friend ended up with a PTO for this silly reason.

He delivered my car full of dust here in Arizona finally. Luckily my new company provided a rental car by the time so I was survived in Arizona summer by that time.

Conclusion:
=======
As per me, all the positive reviews are made by cheap management it seems. If a AA-Automovers cannot perform a move of 700 miles + with high amount + of a $5000 old car, what do you expect them to do for you?

My advice to all is, if you want to end up with a service like this, better to go with cheap movers where at least you can save 20-25% extra charge.

AA-Automovers does not compensate customers for posting reviews. The icon indicating we compensated the customer is an error. Also in error is the review. The vehicle shipment was scheduled during the period approved by the customer and is well documented in our order and Terms. His claims are incorrect.
