I arranged for them to pickup a car I had purchased in Florida and deliver to Kansas. They tell you exactly what you want to hear when they are trying to make the sale. I was told that "generally" we will be given 6-24 hours notice before the driver will be arriving to pickup the vehicle. They told the driver that the car was able to be picked up immediately when he called because he had to be somewhere else in 4 hours. Since I was told we would have that 6 hour window and we weren't able to meet him at the vehicle for four hours the driver left without the car. I called in to see why they tell the customer they will "generally" have this window when they tell the driver something else. They proceeded to tell me that since they had done their job and assigned it to a truck that they were keeping my $175 deposit and I would have to pay them another $175 for them to find another truck.

They obviously do not care if your vehicle gets picked up. All they care about is collecting their $175 deposit at any cost. I have sent several emails and left several voicemails and nobody has ever contacted me about this situation. Needless to say I will not be giving them any more money and I would recommend that you do your homework and use another company as well!!

When the transport company did not provide enough advance notice before the pick up, they were to go back to pick up the vehicle on the following run. We were unaware that this never happend. We have apologized to Ryan and have refunded him our fee.
