After reading up on the auto-moving industry I was skeptical of contracting with anyone. I checked the BBB information and as many rating web sites as I could find. I put out some calls to ask a few specific questions of the companies I felt were among the best choices. The person who quoted me (Sara) at AA-Automovers wasn't in so I left a message. My call was promptly returned by another person who wanted to answer my questions in Sara's absence. Her answers were clear and professional which caused me to decide to contract with them. The driver who transported our car (Stroh's) communicated with us about pick-up and delivery times and was right on in his tie estimates. Overall, it was a smooth delivery and the car was in great shape. The price wasn't the lowest I was quoted by other companies but I felt good about my decision because of how professionally the company acted. Great job!
