This is my first experience with your transport company and i was extremely satisfied. I was told it would take 7 to 10 days for total delivery and was told the same say within 3 hours my vehicle would be picked up the next day. The customer i purchased the vehicle from said the driver was very courteous and professional during the vehicle pick-up. When the vehicle was delivered the driver was in constant contact with as to where he was located and estimated his deliver time. The delivery was within 2 days of pick-up and was excited to receive the vehicle which was 900 miles delivered within 2 days and had no evident damage. Car was dirty which i expected because of the harsh weather traveling through several states as well as New Mexico. The driver called and asked if he could deliver late and i go to sleep late and had no problem waiting to receive the vehicle. Your companies customer service folks are awesome. From the start the were very courteous and promp in maintaining contact during the initial transport request as well as followed up with notifying me of when the vehicle would be picked up and delivered and the total cost of the vehicle being delivered. From my experiece i will recommend your company to friends and family as well as utilzie your services again. Sincerly, Joe Elmore
