I would use the service again but I would not want to use the same assigned carrier. The Customer service that was received at the initial booking was excellent, but after then it got a little sticky. I was contacted by the carrier 2 days after the booking and then not again until the day before pick-up.
The pick-up time was later than the carrier promised by 3 hours (pick-up time org 10am-12pm). The drop off time was suspose to have been after 2pm, and was at 1am in the morning to keep the driver from dealing with Chicago traffic. I know that there can't be an exact time for drop off and pick-up but at least stay within the window that was promised.
