We phoned their company, I spoke to Katie Mager, she quoted us for a fixed price- gave us a GUARANTEE that our car would be picked up between a specific dates,so we agreed. She also upgraded to the Platinum package. When the dates came we followed up for the pickup date and Mager cant be reached anymore and some new associate named AJ was doing all the reasoning on her behalf. Now AJ was telling us our car cannot be picked up on those guaranteed dates because there's no truck available to pick it up.Then he told us that we have to pay more and moved our pick up to a later date and had the audacity to give us an attitude. The 2nd pick up dates came and the car hasn't been picked up again so we phoned them and AJ moved it AGAIN for later. Finally, they picked up on date, and the truck driver LUIS was rude as hell from start to finish. Then for all we know I thought our car was heading to California, but it wasn't. It was waiting on some lot in NJ for 11days. And I did ask them if that's going to happen and they told me "No it will start heading to the destination. It will only be delayed if there's any weather, mechanical or traffic issues", so weeks gone by I phone them and followed up on my car and they lied to me telling me my car was on the way here but it was really still parked in NJ! I found this out because they gave me a tracking number # from the actual carrier and had to check for myself. So after 11days i checked and saw my car finally en route to California. After a couple days the driver from the actual carrier -( who was the only person nice and helpful in this whole experience) called me saying his hours away from delivery, so we finally got our car(we had to rent a car for school/work coz of their bad service). The whole experience with AA Automovers was TERRIBLE! KEEP MODIFYING CONTRACTS, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,LIAR S,FRAUD,SCAM..Who needs them their just an agent/broker who you just pay an extra $225 for their bad service so mind as well go straight to the actual carrier company!
