We're not quite sure what "it passed with no communication" means as he has had email and phone communication with our Customer Service representative. In any event, his pickup was delayed because of a truck breakdown. It was discussed with him and it seemed he was OK with waiting for the truck to be repaired. He has been given the option for us to repost his order or receive a refund - the choice is his. "it passed with no communication" is untrue.
