I picked this company because of it's family owned quality and thought things would go smoothly. My car was picked up in the pick up slot they gave me(on the last day- wednesday), and was supposed to be delivered on Mon, Tues the latest and now it is Saturday and it still has not been delivered. They were very nice, but the Transport company owner was not. I think the broker should keep you up to date and know where the truck is when you call. I don't think this is fully their fault, but I do think they could have helped me out some more. When The transport company first picked up my car I was receiving information saying it would be to the destination Fri the latest so I called AA Automovers. They told me call a couple days after it was picked up n they would tell me the arrive date. They still persisted to tell me Mon or Tues when I called. When I spoke to the transport company on Monday my car was still at their location and had not been put on a truck yet. AA- Automoves has informed me they have taken the transport company that is transporting my car off of their list of transporters. I hope this is true. Hopefully my car will come soon, without any damages!
