Thank you for such a quick, easy and hassle free auto transport experiance. My full sized truck was inoperable and had to be winched onto a carrier, which is a slow down according to everyone I talked too due to the extra amount of work involved and needing a specialized truck. What surprised me was the speed in which my contract was accepted which was 1 day. The driver did have some mech problems with his truck which delayed the original pick up time by a few hours but the truck was picked up that day delivered to my door the next AND in only 23 hours! My delivery was also 2 full days sooner than the estimated delivery on my contract, the drivers asked if I would like it sooner and that worked out even better for me, they stated that they could wait if that is what I perferred. Due to its nonrunning condition my truck also had to be pushed into my driveway which is on a slight grade and my truck is not lite, the 2 truck drivers stuck around and helped the rest of us push- this is beyond anything I have experianced before in the automotive transport business. I would and will use AA auto transport again and would encourage you to take a close look at them before choosing someone else, they did what they said they would do in the time they said they would do it, and kept me updated on the process and then the truck drivers who picked up the truck went far beyond their duties, my hat is off to everyone involved.
