I am very afraid that my car will reach me or not

Initially I was told by the sales person that he will pick the car within 5 days and till now (8thday)my car is not yet picked up and i am keep on calling these guys over phone and they never lift the phone ..it always goes to voicemail and they never come back again by seeing that message..
i am very much worried now that they will be able to deliver the car or not...
already they deducted portion of amount from my credit card.......

if i would get a chance to put it in court i will definetly opt for it against them....

this is totally unfavourable......
