I placed order with this broker because I sent out quote request on the Internet and the sales George was the first one to contact me. Moreover, he sounded sincere and reliable over the phone. It was deceiving. He made promise to ship my car on certain date but could not keep his word—Karen will response to my review stating that “George did not promise this customer to ship car on certain date.” But he did.

When I discussed with George about the carrier’s delay to pick up the car, the manager named Neil took over and refused to help. Finally I cancelled the order and found another broker. The down payment paid to AA-Automovers was, of course, un-refundable. In the whole story, the most outrageous thing was this: George put a comment on the contract to make sure the car “will” be delivered by 8/1, despite the window pick-up and delivery time. Later on, the manager Neil claimed their contract did not have the comment and faxed over their copy to me. I could not believe they removed the comment from our contract without my knowledge. It is not only unethical but also illegal.

To see the whole story in details and the EVIDENCE of their misconduct (copies of both contracts), please go to my website at http://www.geocities.com/flystar1999/index.html. In sum, I would not recommend this broker to anyone, not only for their failure in customer service, but also for their questionable ethics.

Irene Lee’s claims here are all lies. Irene was emailed her order form following a discussion with one of our associates. The associate noted in the comments section “customer purfers del after 2PM.GM” Irene converted her order to a Word document and sneakily added to the document a note stating ‘have to arrive destination by 73007’ (then changing that to ‘on 8/01/07’). Irene put her note in directly preceding the note initial by GM, making it look as though GM had put in the entire note. Her sales person, GM, called her and told her that he had to remove her added comment because we do not provide or guarantee delivery dates and we do not accepted orders altered by the customer. He removed her added note and sent the correct order back to her for signature retaining only his initial note requesting delivery after 2PM. She signed the order as corrected and faxed it back to us.
