Totally ruined my week

After telling me how easy it was going to be to book my car on a carrier, I never heard from them...they gave me a window and NEVER booked a carrier, which greatly delayed my cars arrival in California. Even on the last day they were still saying "oh, yeah, give us till the end of the day and we will have it booked!" Yeah, right. Then I got the total bait and switch--someone told me my quote was low and if I paid more money we would be able to get it on a transport...relying on my desperation since my time was running out. I ended up getting my car on a reliable transporter, dealing directly with the carrier (Spectrum Auto Transport), for $28 less than their original quote. I would NEVER recommend this broker.

Mr. Khan has left out important details. His COD was $928. We had a carrier (Safe and Sound) who offered to do the transport for $975. Mr. Khan would agree to this only if he could load his car with personal items, which is against DOT regulations. We told him he couldn’t do that. He then told us he had another transporter.
