I contacted Joe at AA Car Transport to ship my mother's Jeep from NY to IL. This was the first time ever using this type of service. Joe was very knowledgeable and explain the process to my mom and myself with extra patient as my mom had many concerns. The driver, Bill, was very nice and took his time loading and off loading her car with care. She was surprised to find him laying garbage bag on the floor as his shoes was a bit muddy, very considerate! I am very happy to find this great company and not to do it myself. I will strongly recommend to anyone in need to use them. Joe, again, many thanks!!!
