United Auto collected my car in Las Vegas, Nevada and shipped to the port of Los Angeles (for later loading on a ship). During their care the hi-end satalite / IPlayer / GPS unit was cut out and stolen. No damage to the doors or windows, so they either left the car in an unsecure location unlocked - or it was stolen by one of their employees (they claim it was in the warehouse all the time). Either way, negligent or plain criminal! So guess what? - they point me to contract terms i have never seen before and quote a limitaion of liability. Do not trust these pople with your vehicle!
