The the company uses misdirection and half truth. Schedule for Monday Oct. 20th, a no show. Requested a new pickup date, Fri Oct 24,. The Oct 24 date was a 2nd no show, no phone call. The specific instructions were no one available Tue 21-Thu 23 to release the car. The company never scheduled a driver Oct 21. Accepted a pickup date of Mon Oct 27, no show, phone call to reschedule for Tue Oct 28 AM, & another no show, phone call explaining the dispatcher sent driver to Santa Fe and pick up for Tue Oct 28 PM, no show, no phone call, no reply to our calls. We notified the company Wed Oct 29 early AM of decision to cancel the transfer with them, requested return of my deposit for failure to live up to their side of the agreement as they failed five times to pick up my vehicle. The dispatcher scheduled driver after we had notified of the cancelation, the driver’s company called me late PM Wed Oct 29 asking me to reconsider, she got the request from broker mid PM Oct 29, I am alleging the company was attempting to cover negligence. Then claimed I refused to release the vehicle: ridiculous. I did everything I could until I lost confidence in their ability, do not use this company.
