I shipped my car from Hawaii to seattle in July. I shipped it early so i could be in seatttle to do the final inspection on my car before I left for Europe. My car was supposed to be in Seattle the 17th at the latest, of August....... didnt get there until the 2 of september!!! Not only did my car arrive so late it arrived with a dent and scratch that were not there when I dropped off the car. I called and spoke to AAA Inc about the matter and they blew me off and the rude man I spoke with hung up on me when I demanded to speak with someone else. I phoned and phoned until they answered again but they still give me the same answer. They claim to be fully insured for the car but do not follow up when you go to make a claim. they told me that they are not the ones responsible, that the shipping and trucking companies are. I have never been treated so ruse in my life....EVER!!!! Well see how happy this guy is when they are contacted by law offices. It helps to have family thats in law. NEVER use this company. Not only do I have to fight to get my car dealt with I have to dr5ve around a dented car. I will get this fixed by them and will update this add to let you know the outcome. AAA Inc out of Vegas is the biggest JOKE for business ever....EVER!!!
