This is a horrible company that will manipulate you in to believing you are paying for quality service when in fact its quite the opposite. Yes, the car was picked up (LATE) and was delivered (BY A THIRD PARTY COMPANY) LATE.

I reported my case to the Better Business Bureau and the company is LATE in responding. There seems to a theme here....

AAA was honest about one thing, they are cheaply priced... and a poor level of service that comes along with it. AAA, should be called FFF. I'd have more respect for this company if they took ownership of their flaws rather than blame and accuse customers. Your (yes, I am referring directly to you AAA) responses are horrible. I already expect you to respond to this review saying the car was picked up on time and to remove this review so don't waste your time. The way you run your business is almost laughable but I cannot do so because its at the expense so many valuable customers. Shame on you!
