I would never use this company again.
They promised door-to-door service and yet I had to drive my vehicle 13 miles to meet the carrier or else the carrier refused to transport my auto after I had already paid $300 deposit.
The auto was "picked up" 2 days later than promised.
When I called customer service for an explanation they hung up on me and then the line was "busy" for over 2 hours.
The driver promised me delivery on Sat. 1/17 but called me Fri. 1/16 to tell me his truck had broken down in S.C. and that he would deliver the car on Mon. 1/19.
When the car had still not arrived on Tues. 1/20 and I didn't receive a call from the driver and he refused to pick up his phone, I again called Customer Service. They hung up on me again!!!
Then I called the toll free number from their website and they hung up on me.
I work in Customer Service for a major shoe company. If ever I talked to a customer in the rude manner that I was spoken to or, worse yet, hung up on a customer, I'd be fired on the spot and escorted out of the building by HR.
If you use this company please be prepared to be "sweet talked" when booking but then dropped like a hot potato once they have your deposit. Do not expect any customer service if, and when, you encounter a problem.
Bottom line...find another car carrier.

Dear Ms. VanEss, Your car is being delivered as we enter this response. We transport over 7,000 cars a year. Sometimes trucks are delayed as you know. Thank goodness not very often. Please modify your review to state the truth only. Sincerely, Customer Service
