The driver was pleasantly nice and very personable which I like. You can tell he enjoyed his job. The driver stayed in contact with me the entire time he had my car which was a plus. They also said it would take my car 3 days to get from birmingham, al to Phoenix, Arizona which it did. My car was beyond dirty but what can you expect with going through deserts and rain. I recommend them 10/10 for me
