The car was picked up and delivered on time. I think the experience would have been perfect if the company had been more communicative about the pick up - as a minimum, AAA Anytime should have provided the customer with the contact information of the contract trucking company 2-3 days before the pick-up. It was unsettlinbg when by noon on the day of the pick-up, no one from the company or the contract trucking company contacted me regarding the time of pick-up. I was glad that everything turned out all right, but there was a period of time when I thought it would be a no-show.
