Told they always have two people on all carriers we had one and the gentleman in the rain had to put two cars on by himself. He was very nice but his cell phone was always full and couldnt reach him. Company only has office hours Monday thru Friday and on weekends a service takes a message so on Sat. A.M. we couldnt reach anyone to know were are cars are. Just uncomfortable situation
