BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!

I have the most recent interaction with this company and have wanted to write this opinion to make sure that no one else gets trapped with going with them.
I was to move from West Virginia to Louisiana, And decided to go with them as a result of postings posted on this web site. A guy called Bob gave me a good and reasonable quote and told me that the car would be picked between the 21st - 23rd. As long as I had to confirm the deal and give them the credit card number and deposit of $150 this guy was very prompt in calling me back. Once I had given the deposit it was disaster there after. I never heard from them on the 21st or 22nd after which whenever I tried to get in touch with Bob they said he is called the "phantom" and comes at his own will. The other dispatcher, "Steve" was extremely unfriendly and told me point blankly that Bob should have never given me a 3 day window and it should have been a 10 day window. A lady there called Mary was the only one slightly helpful who would at least tell me that yes we are trying to get someone etc. I left from WV on the 15th and there was no way of knowing even then if my car was to ever arrive. All they told me was we are working on it.
Once I got to LA I was anxious and called several times only to be put on hold. On the 4th Attempt I was put through to Steve who once again said he was working on it, I told him that well Bob had told me that the car would be shipped in the 3 days and the answer he gave me to that was " Well as of today, Bob no longer works here!!" And I was supposed to shut up there after! I told him well I am still going to keep on calling. The irony of which was that on the 26th when I tried to call back at their number (which i now remember by heart as I have dialed it so many times, 1-800-808-2042) it was no longer in service!!
It is the 4th of July today and I have yet to hear from them. I had to ask a friend of mine to drive the car all the way down as I couldn’t go back, And have disputed the charge on my credit card. Who knows if It will get disputed or not?
So at the end of this long story...BEWARE is the only thing I have to say about this company. I have posted names in this account so you know my account is authentic, As I do not want anyone else to get trapped with these people in the future.
