Horrible service

The dispatcher is arrogant, and provides no information other than the standard line, " your vehicle will be picked up in a couple days".  AAA and I had a signed agreement but had  faxed the driver a different price.  $400 more.  I saw the drivers order with the arrogant dispatchers name on it.  The dispatcher had bad mouthed me to the driver claiming he didn't know what I was talking about and that I was full of it.   I had showed the driver my contract with AAA on my iPhone via my email prior on placing the phone call.  It was 4:30 PM and the dispatcher claimed to be out of the office(finished for the day) and did not have access to the computer to look up my order.     I had no choice but to agree on the price increase.  I will never use AAA again.  They lie, lousy customer service & has no information for you after they claim the broker fee.

hahahah- Not my customer- A Trucker who did not do the right thing and I gave him a negative rating on central dispatch. Now he is trying to write fake reviews.
