What a horrible experience I have had with AAA Transporters. Initially I felt very confident about shipping my car with this company. The pick up window was supposed to be Fri-Sat. Chris sent me the phone number and name of the dispatch (Cypress Auto Shipping Inc.) but I did not hear from them until I contacted them. They returned my call and told me the driver had to get the truck towed into a tow yard and would not be able to pick up until Sunday. I went ahead and told them as long as they confirmed 100% for Sunday I had no problem waiting. Sunday came and I did not hear from them, I gave them a call and had the worst customer service experience ever. They basically told me I had no choice but to drive my vehicle almost and hour and a half away to the tow yard and leave my car there until the truck got fixed. I contacted Chris, who was not easy to find and he found another dispatch (MAKS Logistics LLC) I dropped my car off at a yard a little over an hour away from my home. I kept trying to call and find out if my car was in route but getting in touch with both the dispatch and the shipping company was not easy. Two weeks in and I STILL do not have my vehicle. I am still getting calls with excuses about what is happening with the truck. Overall, it has been a nightmare, I feel this shipping company has not done a good job communicating with me about the status of my car. I would not recommend this shipping company to anyone, especially, if like me this is your first time shipping a vehicle.
