Justin was one of the most professional businessmen I have ever dealt with. He was easily reached via phone and promptly responded to emails. He even responded to an email around mid-night on his day off. Justin went above and beyond to make this cross-country shipping go smoothly. There even was an issue with the initial order and the job had to be rescheduled/reposted. Justin handled everything without hesitation or delay.

This was not the cheapest offer I received for this shipment, but the customer service made the cost worth every dollar.

Transparent system. Easy to understand. Strong follow up.

The car was dirty, but how can you expect anything else after 2900 miles of open trailer travel? The dirt washes off. This is not a big deal.

I cannot give a stronger recommendation to work with Justin at AAA Transporters.
