Michael made us feel at ease during the process and ensured that the carrier would be reliable and competent, which he was. We received the vehicle very quickly with only some dirt from the long road trip and a couple tiny scratches. All in all, we were very pleased with the cost, the promptness of the pick up, although a day early, and the delivery of the vehicle. A very smooth process.
