First, I would of written this review sooner but this website is very poor, too much info is required and it does not work with apple products. Could never get it to work till I used a Microsoft computer. Suggest you update the site. Second, I was really happy with Franchesca. She was super friendly and helpful. In my other business I employ 10 phone based reps, I would be happy to hire her, excellent phone skills. I ended up using your company because of the good price, but your friendly and knowledgeable service representative was a pleasure to work with! In fact, I actually put in the extra effort to get this review of her services for your review, as your website is very high maintenance. I would recommend your company to others. In conclusion, great customer service, awkward website to review your service.
