AAAll States Auto Transport did not actually transport the vehicle but connects you with a transport company that will get your vehicle transported. Larry at AAAll States was very responsive and clear on the costs involved. $100 goes to AAAll States once your vehicle is picked up and you pay the balance to the driver on delivery, no deposit or any up front costs. I had to make a couple of date changes for the pickup and Larry was very accommodating and quick to respond to my e-mails and phone calls. The day prior to the first pickup date I was called by AAAll States and given all the contact info for the transport company that was going to pick up my vehicle.
The actual transport was accomplished by A.B.R Productions & Transportation Inc. Initial contact was with the wife of the driver who put me in touch with her husband (Anthony), who would be transporting my car. He initially said he would be at the pickup point at 9 AM Sunday morning, which was a 3 hour drive for me. Due to weather and other delays the car was picked up at 9 PM. I had to leave in the early afternoon but Anthony said I did not need to be present for the pickup and told me the car would be in Virginia the next morning. He called me when he completed the pickup and said he was on his way south. Actual delivery time was 9PM the next day. My first face to face with Anthony was at delivery. Even though he was late he was extremely professional and the vehicle carrier he had was way beyond my expectations. The car was delivered in the exact condition as I left it. All in all it was a very good experience.
