After having already shipped a classic car from New York to California, I knew how the auto transport industry works. So when I received a ton of emails from different companies who wanted to ship my newly purchased classic from Conneticut to California, I flatly rejected any company that insisted on a credit card up front. The last company I used didn't ask for any credit card information, didn't ask for a deposit, didn't ask for a partial payment at the time of pickup, and didn't add any extra fees or charges to the quoted price. (I didn't use them this time because their quote was too high.) PJ at Aaall States Auto Transport Co. contacted me and gave me a fair price. I negotiated firmly with him. I told him I would allow his company to transport my car in an enclosed carrier only if he went along with all the same policies used by the previous company that I hired. PJ agreed. He worked hard to please me. Once my car got picked up it was delivered on time and in the same condition as when it was picked up. I strongly recommend Aaall States Auto Transport. Ask for PJ! He is straight forward, pleasant, and professional.
