Carrier showed up 2 hors late. Called Dave to make a complaint and he told me late was not considered a compliant the carriers re often late. Funny that wasn't shared me with me prior.

Jr.- We are sorry the trucking company was late 2 hours picking up this vehicle. As stated in your contract, these trucks schedules are estimates only. They can be delayed by other customers, traffic, break downs, etc. Alot of things out of control of us or the drivers. With that being said, we are glad this same truck delivered this vehicle 1 day earlier than scheduled to. We would appreciate a re-eval on this review.
