I was very impressed with the service that we received. We were transporting the vehicle from the Port in Jacksonville to Denver and the car carrier stayed in constant contact with us. He was available by cellular phone and kept us abreast of where he was and the anticipated arrival time and day. I would use this company again but the truth is that all companies subcontract with independents and this independent was excellent. My recommendation is that who ever you use, be sure to get the car transporters cellular phone number and be in touch along the way. That way you won't be suprised or disappointed.
