First of all, I had never had a vehicle shipped before so I was scared to pay anything up front. My conversations and emails with Larry put me at ease. He found a truck faster than I signed the contract! After pickup, someone from his office put me in contact with the driver and I was able to find out my delivery date. The vehicle was delivered on the date as promised.
Overall this was a wonderful first experience and everything went as planned.
