I have shipped autos before so I was aware of what to look for when i was faced with the challenge of shipping a pick up truck belonging to my elderly uncle. he is not able to drive from florida to illinois any more. the key in shipping an auto is finding a broker who not only will be helpful and knowledgeable but will answer the phone when called upon and most importantly, ANSWER THE PHONE when called. Randy from this company is great to work with and displays an upper level of patience. he helped me change a few of my options and followed through with our joint plans together. i would not hesitate using this company again and would defininitely ask for Randy to be my contact.
