if I had the option to rate this company a ZERO I would. This company brought one of my cars well up to this date I still don't have my title. The brought my car Friday really late we asked for the title and they said that copart never gave it to them, well we called copart early Monday and they had indeed gave the title to the transport company and they gave us the name and everything, well we contacted the company and they said yes it was a mistake we do have it and we will overnight it to you. Well its been more than a month and I still don't have my title and they don't pick up the phone. I have offered to have someone pick it up from fedex or ups and they refuse to provide the address where the title is at. I don't know if they want to do something illegal with the title because I don't find any other reason for them to want to keep the title. I have sent so many messages and phone calls. I just need the title of my car and if they lost it to at least me honest. Please do not use this company they are the worst transport company in the world.
