I used American Auto Transport to book this trip. I was shipping a vehicle from Florida to New Jersey. Was notified the day prior that the truck driver was picking up the vehicle the next day between 3-4PM (fine). As I was flying down to see the car onto the truck, I took the first flight out and landed at 8:30AM. As I was leaving the plane, staff notified me the driver is 20min away, when I was an hour away from the pickup zone. Was then charged an extra $100 for the wait when in reality the trucking company came 6 hours early to the pickup location while also knowing I was taking a flight down to see the car onto the truck. After a long conversation trying to explain how ridiculous this situation is, staff was extremely rude, inpatient, and company scrapes for cash in any way possible, extremely scummy. Do not use this company, stay away. Scum people, scum business.

This is funny, I wish I could post videos or pictures here, but let's show the facts, this is the instruction on you dispatch sheet: INSTRUCTIONS TO DRIVER Flight 9 am in west palm Flying out at 2 pm We arrived at the location 10:42am, you were not there yet. You arrived at 11:41am, then the seller wasn't there, so we had to wait for him to bring the keys, because the 1 hour wasted wasn't enough. He arrives and you decide to take the car for a test drive, because why not right? SO we finally leave the location at 12:17pm. I am not sure in what world this is ok, but $100 for the wait is NOTHING, you have no respect for other ppl's time. You should be ashamed of writing this here.
