BE WARNED, ALEX AND HER STAFF HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. THEY WERE A DAY LATE PICKING UP THE VEHICLE AND 2-3 DAYS LATE DELIVERING. YOU COULD NEVER GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER OUT OF DISPATCHED; THAT IS IF YOU COULD GET A LIVE PERSON ON THE TELEPHONE REGARDING UPDATES. WE WERE GIVEN SEVERAL. WE LEFT SO MANY MSG @ DISPATCHED WITH NO RETURN CALLS WE STOPPED COUNTING. OUR CALLS WERE TOTAL IGNORED, WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A COURTESY CALL FROM ALEX OR HER STAFF. WE WERE IGNORED TO THE POINT THAT WE THOUGHT OF REPORTING THE CAR STOLEN. MY ADVISE TO THIS FAIRLY NEW COMPANY, LEARN TO COMMUNICATE UPDATES/FEEDBACK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS RATHER IT'S GOOD OR BAD. STOP IGNORING THEM, AT LEAST THEIR INFORMED. THE OLD SAYING, "AN INFORMED CONSUMER IS THE BEST CONSUMER." AFTER ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR COMPANY!
