I scheduled my truck to be transported on July 26th, over three weeks ago. I called Monday the 22nd to confirm we were all set, the rep said he would call me back Wednesday the 24th, he never called me. I called and left a voice mail and also emailed him to call me in the morning of the 25th. He didn't, so I called the rep and he said he would call back in three hours which never happened, so I called him to be told a driver hasn't been found yet. About an hour or so later he called to say that he found a driver to pick up my truck the 27th and it would cost me $500 more than the quoted price from three plus weeks ago. Of course I went with another company, no issues, in fact my truck was picked up and delivered the same day.

Since there are a lot of false, incorrect and misleading statements in this review, we believe it’s not by our real customer. Please see true and accurate information about the referenced order below: 1) This review states that the price was increased by $500, which is false, incorrect and misleading. According to our records, not only the final price adjustment was between $150-$200 (i.e. NOT $500 as stated by the reviewer), but the agent also offered a discount to accommodate the customer’s concerns. 2) While this review claims that our agent was not in contact with the customer, our records clearly show consistent communication (calls, SMS, emails). We have detailed logs that confirm our agent was in regular contact with the customer throughout the process (proof can be provided upon request). At ABC Car Shipping, we strive to provide the best service possible and, therefore, take any feedback, even negative, seriously. However, this particular review contains a lot of false, incorrect and misleading information and does not describe genuine experience, which makes us reasonably believe it’s not by our customer.
